Mr. McMillan is Senior Business Consultant at Fidare Consulting Group. He has led mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs for companies over a variety of industries and sectors, including oil and gas.
Lacie Kellogg
Interim CFO
Ms. Kellogg has 28 years of experience in accounting in the oil and gas industry, specializing in financial reporting, audit, operations accounting and software implementation. She earned her BBA from the University of Houston and is an active a member of COPAS.
Jeff Wright
Operations Manager
Mr. Wright is an accomplished Completion and Workover Foreman with over 16 years of experience. Over his career, he has managed teams of up to 200 people and managed budgets over $240M while overseeing work valued at $10,000-$250,000 per day.
Issac Dietrich
Audit Committee Chairman
Mr. Dietrich founded Greenwave Technology Solutions, Inc., was instrumental in raising over $80 million and closing an acquisition that resulted in $30 million in reported revenue. Previously, Mr. Deitrich co-founded and served as CEO of RoboCent.com.
